Cirencester

Spent an enjoyable weekend exploring the many coffee shops in Cirencester with mum and Paul and trying to follow the hares. Robbie was a little healthier as he brought his bike taking the chance to ride along country lanes, while I’m now on a diet!wpid-wp-1435693814050.jpeg

It’s just not cricket…

Well actually it was.

Home from an afternoon of watching NZ v ENG at the Oval, some great shots, such a shame that the rain came down interrupting what had turned into an exciting chase…

At 8.10pm, watching the sun drop after a warm but cloudy day…

Passing time

So May flew by, with two bank holidays we enjoyed the extra time outside work. Although we are now officially in Summer, the weather doesn’t seem to realise…

We’ve had cold winds, reminiscent of Wellington, attempting to knock Robbie from his bike and sweeps me down the street; but a few showers don’t spoil a day at Lords or a bbq with the family.

We also had an excuse to remain inside enjoying 53mins 30 seconds at Escape Rooms in London Bridge, where you are locked in a room and challenged to solve puzzles to escape within an hour.

Its not all been bad, we are now 2 short walks (or one long walk) away from completing the capital ring after we spent an enjoyable few hours walking 12miles in North West London taking us through Harrow.

There are also signs of improvement, our climbing rose has its first flowers of the year and the weather is forecast to reach 20 in the next couple of days.
